Yoga is a great way to relax after a long day or maybe a long week. It also has numerous health benefits, so it's no wonder we have an International Day of Yoga (Yoga Day). This therapeutic form of exercising has been celebrated every year on June 21 since 2015. The day was established during one of the meetings of the United Nations General Assembly. The day was chosen by the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi because it's the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. Although we don't know the origins of Chocolate Ice Cream day, we are just happy that such a day exists.
