How is your Christmas time? Don't you drink at least one cup of hot chocolate? I, for one, don't remember a Christmas without one.

So to my mind, every family should have hot chocolate and gingerbread recipes in their cooking book.

I'll make a confession: I'm far from being fond of gingerbread. Hot chocolate, however, is my favorite.

So this Christmas I'm going to bake gingerbread and give it a try.

As I said, I'm not a fan of ginger but I guess it'd be delicious in a gingerbread dough. I remember drinking a cup of ginger lemonade and it wasn't so bad.
